We had the most wonderful time at the @californiaayurveda conference on "Conscious Health with Ayurveda Masters"! Alongside our dear friends at @banyanbotanicals, we caught up with illustrious leaders in the field of Ayurveda, including @myra.lewin.yogini of @hale_pule. (Several of her students have gone on to participate in our Living Ayurveda Internship.) We are honored that Myra will be carrying forth seeds from our land to be tended in hers. Meanwhile we will carry forth her lessons in sacred gardening. What is sacred gardening? In her words, it means approaching gardening with a reverence for nature's innate desire for balance.
